We are looking for a new team member that is collaborative, driven, bold-thinking, and focused on delivering impact in everything they do. Is this you? If so, consider the following opportunity:

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing Residential, you will be the prime and first point of contact for Rogers Home products and program supporting our Care Channels Working closely with cross functional teams such as Care, Channel Enablement, Marketing, Pricing, Competitive Insights, and Channel Management, you will own and execute the channel readiness strategy ensuring that our channel is engaged, enabled, and able to sell. Supported amongst an amazing and fun team, you will contribute to delivering a consistent and integrated experience across all consumer sales channels while serving as an escalation point and a subject matter expert for in channel programs.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes executing with excellence and is a team player. They work cool under pressure, can manage multiple tasks, has a strong attention to detail, a curious mind, and is able to balance planning, executing, and evolving.

Responsibilities:

Execute and deliver marketing, operational, engagement, and process improvement programs including product and service launches, incentives, and training programs.

Liaise with cross-functional partners including Product, Pricing, and Marketing to develop program requirements and present channel plans as it relates to the channel priorities.

Maintain and present weekly/quarterly program updates and strategies to various levels of leadership within the channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners and cross functional teams while coaching for performance and adhering to program standards

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or equivalent

5+ years of wireless/residential industry experience

2+ years of experience within a sales channel setting. Within Care and/or Telesales is an asset.

Bilingual Spoken and Written (English and French) is an asset

Ability to work positively and productively in times of change and ambiguity.

Proven ability to impact, influence and interact within the various levels within the organization.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to achieve desired results.

Able to work effectively and independently on multiple, simultaneous tasks within a fast-paced customerservice-oriented environment.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to illustrate and explain complex processes logically and simply.

Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent presentation skills to communicate a variety of data to senior leadership members

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strategic thinker with the ability to present, recommend and sell solutions for the consumer sales channels

Strong positive negotiation skills and business acumen

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint)

Proficient in use of Adobe Products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc) an asset

A good knowledge of English is necessary as this role requires regular communication in English with customers and/or team members in other provinces.
