The Bid Development Manager is responsible for managing a responses to 'Request for Tenders' (RFT) or 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) issued by customers and ensures that the solution proposed is complete and appropriate and results in the best proposal possible for long-term customer programs. Responsible for meeting planned program sales volumes, market penetration and profitability objectives.
