Senior Manager - Dealer Sales

Xplore is seeking a Senior Manager - Dealer Sales, to join our team and lead sales efforts for our well established, national network of Dealer partners. Reporting to the Vice President - Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening existing Dealer partnerships and growing new ones, while leading a national team of District Sales Managers (DSMs) as they achieve customer acquisition targets. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in metrics-based sales management. A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with regular Sr Leadership exposure, will thrive in this evolving and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive Dealer channel sales and achieve customer acquisition targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a national team of DSMs, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing Dealer partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance.
• Identify and onboard new selling Dealers to expand market reach.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and other internal teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the telecommunications or Internet service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner / vendor networks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
