OVERVIEW:


The Sales Support Executive delivers high-level administrative and operational support while driving business optimization and employee engagement initiatives under leadership direction. This role is essential in ensuring effective governance, streamlined processes, and impactful internal communications.

With strong attention to detail, organization, and execution, this position ensures that business processes, operational improvements, internal communications, and leadership engagements are effectively implemented to support overall business efficiency.

Fluency in French is required for this role, as translation of internal communications and bilingual messaging are key responsibilities under the communications function.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Administrative & Operational Support -
  • Plan and support the execution of governance and management processes, tracking initiatives, gathering content, and coordinating logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners for administrative needs and operational functions.
  • Coordinate events for senior leadership visits, ensuring seamless planning and execution, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination to support leadership.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and administrative reporting.
  • Maintain records, reports, and key documentation to ensure seamless business operations.

Communications Execution & Engagement -
  • Plan and support internal communications by preparing newsletters, leadership updates, and coordinating all-staff meetings.
  • Gather and organize content for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
  • Manage VIVA Engage communications and other internal channels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and assist in executing content strategies as directed.
  • Translate internal communications, leadership messages, and key business updates into French to ensure bilingual accessibility and engagement across the Canadian organization.

Business Optimization Execution -

  • Execute process optimization initiatives and operational improvements as directed.
  • Track and monitor key business projects, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Assist in driving efficiency-focused initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation of business processes.


This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can successfully execute administrative, operational, communications, and event coordination initiatives while collaborating with leadership to drive efficiency and business effectiveness.
