Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualify potential leads from provided sales databases.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects seeking recruitment and workforce solutions.
  • Effectively communicate Jobs.ca’s online services and value proposition to prospects.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the business development team with qualified leads.
  • Utilize marketing materials to maximize prospect engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and meet call and appointment targets.
  • Track and report on outreach activities and success rates using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Must have experience working in this field (e.g., hiring, Talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, staffing, human resources, etc.)
  • Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; adept at building rapport over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and active listening skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce) and other lead generation tools.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales KPIs.
