We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko's corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and frequent changes in priority and direction.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial to this role.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in process.
  • Strong computer skills are required.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of product sales to end customers.
  • Support sales, logistics, and credit departments in an effective and efficient sales cycle.
  • Provide support and participate in the processes for accurate and timely documentation of export sales and product delivery.
  • Process invoice corrections, updates, and revisions to ensure customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage revisions and updates to export permits and associated documents required by customs brokers and Canada Customs for our export sales.
  • Monitor electronic invoicing processes and process revisions or corrections where required.
  • Manage the entry and updates for new sales system product codes, attributes, customer delivery address and customer ship to codes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation and training guides.
  • Other duties and tasks as required.
