We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko's corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and frequent changes in priority and direction.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial to this role.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in process.
- Strong computer skills are required.

In this role, you will:
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of product sales to end customers.
- Support sales, logistics, and credit departments in an effective and efficient sales cycle.
- Provide support and participate in the processes for accurate and timely documentation of export sales and product delivery.
- Process invoice corrections, updates, and revisions to ensure customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage revisions and updates to export permits and associated documents required by customs brokers and Canada Customs for our export sales.
- Monitor electronic invoicing processes and process revisions or corrections where required.
- Manage the entry and updates for new sales system product codes, attributes, customer delivery address and customer ship to codes.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation and training guides.
- Other duties and tasks as required.
