What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities downtown Vancouver Main branch is currently seeking a licensed Senior Associate for a Chairman's Council Team.
The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of investment industry experience, a passion for service excellence, thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be securities licensed. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative needs for top clients and have a unique opportunity for leadership, mentorship, and skill development as they will lead the administrative team.
This is an exciting and challenging role in one of the largest branches in the firm. The ability to learn and grow in this role is vast.

The expected total compensation range for this particular position is $80,000+ depending on your experience, skills, registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn considerably more through the robust discretionary bonus program of RBC Dominion Securities which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
