About the role:

As a Sales Representative - Creator Partnerships, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and converting YouTube creators into partners for data licensing and broader collaboration solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual passionate about technology, media, and building impactful relationships with creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify creators whose content aligns with our products and solutions.
  • Use internal tools to validate leads and manage them in the CRM system.
  • Personalize outreach campaigns to effectively engage creators via email sequences and follow-ups.
  • Research industry trends to identify new creator niches and opportunities.
  • Explore additional outreach channels (e.g., social media, forums) to diversify lead sources.

Sales Execution:

  • Present and promote solutions to creators, emphasizing monetization opportunities and long-term benefits.
  • Educate creators on the value of participating in network partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close licensing agreements and partnership deals.
  • Align creators' goals with company offerings for mutual success.
  • Stay updated on product developments to address creator needs effectively.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for creators throughout the sales and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to enable additional collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins post-agreement to monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events or virtual gatherings to build rapport and enhance visibility.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Keep detailed records of leads, outreach, and agreements in the CRM.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to refine lead quality criteria and improve outreach strategies.
  • Share insights on conversion trends and success stories to enhance team performance.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.
  • Share insights to improve scripts, email templates, and sales strategies.
  • Provide product feedback to enhance features based on creator needs.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to streamline contract processes and address specific concerns.
