About the role:

RHEI is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist with mid-level experience to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and managing our sales processes, with a focus on CRM systems, particularly HubSpot. The ideal candidate thrives on improving efficiency, streamlining operations, and leveraging data-driven insights to empower the sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

1. CRM Management:

  • Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, functionality, and user adoption.
  • Customize and optimize HubSpot to align with the sales team's needs, including creating workflows, templates, and reports.
  • Train and support team members on CRM best practices and new features.

2. Sales Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track KPIs, performance metrics, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis.

4. Lead Management:

  • Oversee the lead distribution process to ensure fairness and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize lead tracking, scoring, and conversion processes in HubSpot.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and IT teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of tools and strategies.
  • Support campaign execution by facilitating CRM integration with other platforms.

6. Technical Expertise:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot and related tools.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and features to enhance the sales tech stack.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related role.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reports, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with other sales tools or platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
