ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the VP, Sales and Marketing, as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll work within the Sales team but supporting other teams like Marketing and Product. Using your knowledge of process, coordination and a detail-oriented approach, your goal will be to make the Fresh Tracks Sales and Marketing teams the best they can be. A self-motivated and highly organized partner to take on administrative deities to support daily tasks and strategic projects. The responsibilities included are an example of some of the duties, but the ideal candidate would be flexible and comfortable taking on new tasks and challenges in this developing role.


WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

  • Assist with Inbox and Lead Coordination, including monitor and distribute emails from multiple shared inboxes and monitoring Re-Engaged Leads.
  • Monitor and update various platforms such as voicemail distribution, Calendly, daily review/reassignment and courtesy replies.
  • Schedule Management responsibilities include working with Sling, Calendly, LiveChat creation and maintenance and shift adjustments.
  • Support with Sales Enablement including call listening and scoring, follow-up, management, Lessonly updates and creation and updates of training material.
  • Additional Miscellaneous Admin task may include Sales meeting notes, Gross Profit Projections, various reporting tasks needed by sale leadership.
  • It may be necessary to help with all other aspects of running and developing of our business including providing updates and administrative support as needed.
  • Generate new ideas and efficiencies to constantly improve and enhance Fresh Tracks Canada and the way we work.
  • Overall high level of individual responsibility is required, and it is important to appreciate the job necessitates a willingness to embrace challenge and change, and to work in a highly entrepreneurial way under management's guidance.
  • Support and, where applicable, manage project-related documentation, including contracts, proposals and reports.
  • Support incentive coordination and team-building activities.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including scheduling details, training and providing systems support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate to expert level skill in Outlook, Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Proficient in Salesforce, IMS, BMS
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills Team player Detail-oriented
  • Passion for travel and travel-related experiences
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
