Role Summary As the Business Development Representative, you will provide potential Spa Partners with an amazing first impression of Eminence Organic Skin Care via phone and email. You will support all Business Development Team Members with projects and administrative tasks related to business development, tradeshow follow-up and lead generation, to ultimately build pipelines and convert leads. In this role, you will use your administrative experience, attention to detail, and Excel skills to execute any post-tradeshow data entry and follow-up while managing the ongoing communications and tracking of tradeshow leads. You will report directly to the Business Development Team Lead.
Responsibilities
Map new Spa Partners and leads using mapping software and create regional summaries as needed
Assist in answering general and student inquiries about partnering with Eminence
Research new business opportunities within territories and send qualified leads to respective Team
Complete follow-up process for all leads generated from tradeshows, events, media platforms, and outlets
Process orders for leads, including sending information packages and samples
Assist with territory coverage when Business Development Specialists are absent
Potentially attend tradeshows and work at the Eminence booth while also providing support to the Tradeshow and Events operations team
Perform special projects as assigned that may include extensive research and report writing
Re-engage leads by reviewing the Lead database for opportunities
Collaborating with Business Development Specialists and Business Development Team Lead on creating targeted Lead lists
Qualifications
Customer service experience – minimum 2 years
Office administration or equivalent experience – minimum 1 year
Data entry experience – minimum 1 year
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
Effective computer and typing skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM
