THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team in British Columbia. The ideal candidate will be based in Vancouver, BC or in the Lower Mainland region.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our team, key stakeholders, including C‑suite executives and other industry leaders and consultants.
  • Lead opportunity pre-positioning, support proposal efforts, and collaborate to deliver tailored solutions meeting client and Indigenous Partnership needs, and driving long-term partnership goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze regional and market sector trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management within the professional consulting industry
  • Strong understanding of Canada's business landscape and consulting market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter with a passion for building relationships, opening doors for our technical experts, and closing deals
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve ambitious goals

This position is a full-time, permanent position.

Triton promotes and encourages a collaborative working team culture; hence a hybrid work schedule is preferred (remote and coming into the office).

  • Competitive compensation package with base salary in the range of $110,000 to $130,000 plus a targeted bonus package of up to 20% of your salary including paid vacation;
