Account Service Representative

What is the Opportunity?

Responsible for processing routine data entry and on-line input of transactions using basic understanding of products and processes. Activities may also be dependent on balancing transactions and deposits as received from clients and branches with emphasis on through, accuracy and production.

What will you do?

Showcase basic understanding of products and processes.

Follow standard procedural guidelines

Processes work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to the achievement of business SLA/KPI.

Manage all partners to develop their skills and proficiency on designated capabilities for the role/business through Development Plan activities and career planning discussions.
