Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Service Account Manager to support our Vancouver Branch located in Surrey, BC (Office Location – 19175 22 Ave, Surrey BC, V3S 3S6), reporting to the Service Manager. This role will develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Building Owners and Business Owners related to their Building Roofing Maintenance program. In addition, attending local community and association events, as well as industry-related trade shows.
A Day in the Life
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships:
- Technical skills and responsibilities:
Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
Attend association, industry, and networking events
Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
Ability to conduct presentations virtually
Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

What We Are Seeking
- Roofing knowledge is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Clear understanding of contract documents
$75,000 - $95,000 a year
