Marketing Associate

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives by creating technical written and visual content, supporting market research and data analytics, and assisting with our online presence.

You will report to and collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and help drive the success of marketing efforts across campaigns. If you have 1-2 years of marketing experience and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing written and visual content for blogs, social media, whitepapers, presentations, and other communications and marketing materials.
• Support content marketing, graphic designs, preparing tradeshow material, social media posts, and website maintenance.
• Professionally edit documents, including spell-checking, formatting, and grammar reviews for proposals and presentations.
• Assist with external communication.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in Canva and/or InDesign.
• Familiarity with content marketing, email marketing, and major social media platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
• Experience in technical writing or B2B/industrial marketing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress-Elementor, Photoshop, Illustrator, SEO optimization, website analytics.
