Marketing Associate

The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate with a passion for visual design. In this role, you will transform complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content while producing high-quality visuals to support Saltworks' marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and clear communication across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing written and visual content for blogs, social media, whitepapers, presentations, and other communications and marketing materials.
- Support content marketing, graphic designs, preparing tradeshow material, social media posts, and website maintenance.
- Professionally edit documents, including spell-checking, formatting, and grammar reviews for proposals and presentations.
- Assist with external communication.
Required Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
- Technical writing experience, including articles, whitepapers, or blog posts.
- Graphic design skills, with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva (portfolio required).
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals and written content.
- Familiarity with industrial/B2B marketing or ability to learn technical subjects quickly.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress-Elementor, Photoshop, SEO, and website analytics.
