Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support to end-users via phone, ticketing system, remote support, and on-site assistance when needed.
  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, VMware vCenter, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Maintain Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Implement disaster recovery strategies to mitigate system failures and cyber threats.
  • Support and troubleshoot dealership DMS systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new IT staff as required.
  • Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
  • Oversee dealership IT projects, working with third-party contractors and suppliers.


Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role in an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with VMware vCenter and virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge of automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible or similar.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Intune.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certification: Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or CompTIA Security+ is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
