Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), is a key member of our finance team, playing a pivotal role in shaping BlueShore Financial's financial strategy. This position oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting for BlueShore Financial and its subsidiaries. It also supports data-driven decision-making by forecasting and analyzing business results. The role also provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports and fosters strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. This position will provide a flexible hybrid schedule (not fully remote), with approximately one to two days a week in our corporate office in North Vancouver. You will be required to be onsite for critical meetings and flexible for increased frequency during annual peak periods.

The target range of this role is $94,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a variable performance bonus. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
