YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Preparing items for shipping, and ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.· Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, and store parts in proper place.
  
• Other duties as assigned at the direction of the Parts Manager.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments to verify information against internal records, and record shortages and damaged items.
• Complete shipping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.· Working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts and accessories.· Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
  
• Good computer skills (ideally Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP).
• Current knowledge of local sources of supply, or experience with dealership Parts Department.
• Well organized and detail oriented, with ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized system.
