The Sales Support Manager is responsible for supporting the overall productivity of the team and reducing workflow disruptions.

This position reports to the Manager, Aseptic Filling Sales Support and is part of the Sales Operations department, located in Burnaby, BC and will be an onsite role.

What you'll do:

  • Quoting, Order and Contract Management of capital equipment, consumables, and services, using our SFDC and Sage X3 systems.
  • Execution of inventory management, demand and supply planning, opportunity and funnel management activities
  • Act as escalation focal point for customers, working closely with cross functional departments and help to coordinate activities which require special handling to ensure delivery commitments are met, communicates order status, and related items as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by following through with prompt and effective responses to our customer inquiries.
  • Support the Customer Onboarding Initiative; monitor customer orders from placement to delivery, address issues and opportunities promptly, and consistently enhance our On-Time Delivery (OTD) metric.

Who you are

  • Inside Sales and/or Order Management experience within a high-tech manufacturing company.
  • Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal and Organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working effectively both individually and as part of team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with the commercial sale of capital equipment and associated products
  • Science and/or pharmaceutical business background

The salary range for this role is 68,000 - 80,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
