Group Sales, Marketing & Events Assistant

You will:

· Work closely with the Groups, Marketing & Events Coordinator

· Take bookings and schedules group arrivals, lesson times, rentals, meals and other requirements.

· Provide outside group information to Rental, Food & Beverage, Ski School and other departments as needed.

· Perform follow up calls & emails to clients after their vacations.

· Develop information sheets and information packages for groups.

· Collect and tabulate lesson, rental, and ticket sales numbers for groups and events.

· Prepare group invoice and review it with client.

· Collect from past due accounts.

· Perform public relations and host media during their visits to Nakiska.

· Setup and host, Familiarization tours at Nakiska

· Provide information to the Calgary Office for press releases.

· General administration of website including updating photos, snow report and events page daily.

You:

· Are capable of multitasking and handling stressful job situations.

· Must be able to intake and process lots of information and use it selectively when it applies to specific situations.

· Have previous customer service experience - an asset.

· Are willing to help out in all areas of the business.

· Are accountable and have excellent teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to write professional correspondence.

· Can prioritize work based on daily operations.
