Summing it up

  • The Sales & Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team by assisting the promotion of the True Key collection of properties and handling administrative tasks to ensure the success of campaigns. This position is ideal for a creative, highly organized and motivated individual who is passionate about hospitality and travel.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist Sales Manager with coordinating group/crew/wedding/meeting business at True Key properties.
  • Organize group blocks in property management systems and work with property teams to make sure all contract activities are organized.
  • Answer reservations emails for properties, create bookings and pass in-house inquiries on to front desk teams.
  • Liaise with catering companies to organize quotes for groups.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Assist in prospecting and sales research.
  • Help create and update sales materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
  • Proven success in a similar role and environment.
  • Excellent and proficient oral and written English communications skills.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Efficient in learning new software and programs.
  • The ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
  • A desire to be a key player in a growing company.
