As the Sales Enablement Manager for the Canadian Ag Solutions business, you will have a significant impact in the development & implementation of the Sales budgeting, forecasting, incentive programs for customers that will establish and drive strategy implementation and the sales organization and driving transformative change cross-functionally across the Sales & Accounts functions within the organization.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you create chemistry by...

  • Working in alignment with the Sales & Accounts Director, as well as Customer Solutions, Marketing teams, to establish a proposed sales and go-to-market strategy in concert with distribution channels and each sales region.
  • Leading the annual budget development process. Develop and lead the budget process, development, and rollout to the AGR & ARR, Retail Connect, and Strategic Account communities for Western and Eastern Canada.
  • Champion the forecasting modeling, monitoring, and reporting for an end-to-end connected forecasting and monitoring approach of financial forecast (Sales In) elements and POG forecast (Sales Out) impact that represents the entire sales function to commercial organization stakeholders.
  • Developing the annual incentive strategy, execution plan, and national allocation of all customer incentives.
  • Leading the successful sales rollouts across sales communities and influence and support annual sales demand creation initiatives and special projects as assigned. Manage the sales coaching and training of the Customer Care Call Center Agents.
  • Being a lead and/or critical representative for key commercial program and process improvement projects, as needed.

If you have...

  • A Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in customer-oriented commercial or cross-functional roles (i.e. sales or marketing) delivering premium customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of business and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams internally and externally.
  • Proven complex Project management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' Agriculture experience engaging or being exposed to customers.
  • Experience working on a high-performance team, and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellence in the ability to develop opportunities in a collaborative way, working across a broad and diverse set of internal and external functional groups.
  • Very strong strategic and critical thinking, taking personal responsibility to ensure customer and/or stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Proven strategic, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to foster innovation, embrace and implement change, while working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, communication (written and oral), and project management skills.
