Forsite is actively recruiting a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator.

This position is a hybrid role, located in Salmon Arm, BC or Calgary, AB.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the proposal preparation and submission process including preparing non-technical portions of proposals across multiple brands and service lines;
  • Support sales meetings and documentation;
  • Assist with the regular maintenance of sales support tools and vendor platform management;
  • Support social media and email marketing campaign development and deliverables ;
  • Filing and records management, and;
  • Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, sales or business administration an asset;
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales/business development environment with marketing and/or proposal creation responsibility
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests concurrently, while maintaining flexibility to action tasks for tight turnaround and deadlines;
  • Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation;
  • Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread corporate materials and proposals;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel), experience with Adobe Suite is an asset;
  • Experience coordinating campaigns and maintenance of client databases in Hubspot; and
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.
