- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand Xerox's market presence in Alberta
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
- Represent Xerox at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or document management industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Alberta
- Knowledge of the Alberta business landscape and key industries
